Honest communication from project manager, Tomas, who advised me to go in a direction which gave me a new roof with a 40 year warranty at 1/3 the price of a full roof replacement. He and his team were prompt and responsive and fully prepared for the specific issues that needed repair in addition to completing the entire job within day!

So glad I found MasterCraft . Great customer communication. Shortly after my roof install there was some minor storm damage. Repair was done the same day I called. I trust Tom and his crew. Their rice was very near what I thought was reasonable.

Mastercraft installed the roof on my house. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company !! Their pricing and work was top-notch, and great quality work!

Tom came out and originally fixed missing shingles, but due to a few more wind storms over the winter, we had to have him come back out and the insurance adjuster agreed with all that Tom said, that the roof would need to be replaced. His men were nice and worked very hard all day long. They finished the job in one day. That was tearing off the old roof and installing a new roof. His price was very fair and he was a joy to work with.

Do not hire them! They never completed the repairs. They made up excuses why they could not do things correctly. Only cared about the money. They staff was less than knowledgeable about how to do the repairs.
