I hired Martin concrete about 6 years ago to extend a concrete patio with epoxy rock. Within days after completion the pebbles started to com up until all that was remaining was jagged concrete, not good for a pool side deck. It took almost a year to get him to correct his work. He didn't do so until I located his personal residence, and threatened legal action

The project was complete on time, and within budget. There was flaw, but they came back to fix it. I just wish they did a better job in cleaning up.

He contacted me immediately , the dates worked , although he contacted me a week prior to let me know he was ready to start, started the next day. finished a second day - beat the heavy rains. I had concrete patio installed,tried to get me to add a texture , but I kinda knew what I wanted and he did it perfectly. He seems very hard working, nice guy. Price was certainly in my budget. speaks ok English -- but I was glad he has a worker who was able to communicate clearly what I wanted. Because it was a simple task - there was no written contract so hopefully I won't have any issues down the line. I'm not very experienced in dealing w/ contractor's - but I'm very pleased with the work done and recommend him fully,

Very limited in communication. They don't speak English, so it became an excuse for contingency works. They charged me more. They did not keep promise to be back for a minus completion despite our reminder call. There was a lack of artistic eyes in stamped concrete, a disappointed choice.

Martin and his crew completed our concrete patio in only one day! He gave a free and a more than reasonable estimate, and was able to start right away. He's a very hard working man. I highly recommend him!
