Mr. Watts contacted me the same day and came out the next day to look at the work required. Two days later he and his team replaced boards and made the needed repairs. In addition, he repaired the lock on the gate and added another hinge, The gate looks better than when it was first installed 10 years ago.

Called him one morning and he was there the next morning. This was all one day before Thanksgiving. Very nice gentlemen. Very respectful and made sure the house was cleaned before leaving. Quoted me by a picture I took and that is what was paid. This was a ceiling repair from a roof leak. Textured ceiling as well. Will be using them in the future!

Mr. Watts was very accommodating and even worked a Saturday to fit my schedule which was so appreciated. We had a couple of small issues which I think sometimes happen with drywall replacement that you can't tell until everything dries and I sent him photos to let him know and he came back and fixed them to satisfaction. We will definitely hire again for other maintenance/handyman jobs and would refer him to others.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of this company. In addition they were fairly priced! They helped me with several projects on short notice and in a short span of time. Assessed and repaired some water damage behind a wall in my living room, removed wallpaper in two bathrooms, painted, removed an old 1960â s intercom system and repaired the large 12â x12â holes, framed and mounted a very large and heavy 3.5â x5.5â mirror, and repaired old slate front porch tiles. This team was flexible, accommodating, considerate, and hard working. They even made certain to clean everything upon departure. I will definitely be using Maintenance Pros for future projects and would absolutely recommend them to others!
