The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and interested in doing the work I presented. I set up an appointment with Maintenance Pros and he never showed or called. He must have too much work or didn't want to do the flooring job he said he could do. He gets a .5 for answering the phone.

Sir I was pleasant then and I'm pleasant now,but you are distorting the truth,i did return your call a couple of times,but you didn't answer or respond to my message....it was them that I assumed that you had hired someone or you didn't want me to do the work,but in hind sight I do think that it worked out for the best!!

Maintenance Pro did a fantastic job. They quickly assessed the problem and repaired the damage wood behind the siding. They went the extra mile and made improvements to ensure the water damage would not happen again. When the work was completed, the area was clean and looked as if they were never there. We would definitely hire them again.

They performed the work required in a very professional and caring manner. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. If I have a situation where I need assistance again, I will with out hesitation call on them. They scheduled my work quickly and were completed in less time than I anticipated. I would with out a doubt, truly recommend them to anyone needing these types of services.

Price was very reasonable. They fixed a leak at one of my rental properties and worked around my schedule and that of the tenant to complete the work. I will be hiring Maintenance Pros again.
