Maintenance Pros. did a great job for us. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of their work. Heulen and his team did a number of side projects for us. They finished installing bathroom cabinets and plumbing, floored the attic space, completed trim work, installed doors, appliances and fixtures, sheetrocked, framed, and painted. All of the work that they did was part of a renovation to pass county inspection. Everything passed with no issues and his team was able to complete everything over the course of two weeks. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I hired them to complete various projects at our home. The project included everything from moving a ceiling light fixture to changing locks and door knobs. They showed up on the date and time agreed upon and went right to work. Everything was completed in a short amount of time with quality work and they cleaned up when the work was finished. I would highly recommend them for any home project you may have.

They arrived late. However, when I spoke with Mr. Watts he apologized for not calling to let me know they running a little behind. Otherwise, all went as expected. I will be using them in the future for any other handyman projects that come up.

I had them replace a side light by my front door they were professional. Left the area clean and showed up on time. My second project was to install a storage project in my garage. I had bought this at Costco and it proved too difficult for me to do this by myself. The instructions were very complex and at first they were confused. When it was obvious that they could not do this project without help they stopped and asked for help. I applaud this because it is better to call in the boss and get help rather than proceed and have an unexpected problem. Once the owner showed up the next day, they rapidly worked through the problems and installed the overhead storage with a little guidance from me. I was very happy with the finished task. and will call them again if I have another handyman project.

Mr. Heaulen responded within minutes to my inquiry and after looking over my situation told me he could repair my deck addressing only what was damaged without trying to convince me that lots of other work needed to be done. He didn't try to sell me any additional work whatsoever. His honesty and desire to only help me take care of the immediate problem was refreshing. Not only did I hire him to basically rebuild most of the deck but showed him around the house and pointed out future projects. The work was done fast and professionally. Cleanup was excellent. Heck, I had to call him to tell him to come get paid. I definitely WILL hire Maintenance Professionals again!

Mr. Watts and his crew were very responsive and professional. They showed up on time and completed the job as agreed. They laid laminate flooring and installed a ceiling fan. I plan to use them again by next month to repair a bathroom ceiling leak and move on with other projects as I can. I appreciate the fact that all projects are important to them even the small ones. I feel I can depend on them.

I was very impressed with the owner he was so nice and seemed so caring in wanting to help me fix my moms mobile home, that meant a lot to me living so far away but now I am very disappointed, although I have to put most of my disappointment on myself. Because we agreed for him to do multi small jobs and I assumed and trusted they would be around/contactable for a while So when they did the first phase I didn't really inspect the work before I paid them. I had a mobile home door replaced, the new door is smaller than the old one and the outside siding was not tucked under the outside door trim exposing the wood. After 1 email 3 calls and a voice message they came and put a white plastic trim around the door. I don't like it my mom is okay with it I think they should have put the correct size door in to begin with but I live 100 miles away and its hard for me to get off of work to take care of this. I will take this as a learning experience DO not pay any one before the work is done right. The next phase was to be repair floor and put down new vinyl. He told me in an earlier conversation that if I could find the 13.2 vinyl to let him know. He was very busy and had not had a chance to find it. When they were there working on the door tues 8/18 my mom told him that I had found the vinyl and asked him to call me. I also called and left a message today is 8/31 I have still not heard back from him. Now I have to find someone else to fix my moms mobile home. If my job was too small I wish he had just not accepted the job .

Mr Watt and his assistant were prompt and completed the job (ceiling repair from water leak) on time and did so in a professions manner.
