Painted and installed exterior window shutters. Repaired three bi-fold closet doors. Good quality work and price was reasonably. Still waiting for contractor to contact me regarding fixing/replacing bi-fold door with small hole and servicing entrance door. Could not use email to communication with contractor and had to use short text messages which was confusing at times. Cell phone communications was also marginally. Contractor did not follow-up to see if I was satisfied or needed other work done.

In regards the bifold doors I responded by telling Mr.S [Consumer name withheld at their request] that he needed to replace them.I haven't heard from him,as far as email its maintenance pros@ ymail.com no one else has had that problem; ( no one) it was his choice to text I like to talk to the customer...I completed the job that we went out to do originally one set of bifold doors and three sets of shutters which changed several times,Mr.S [Consumer name withheld at their request] is definitely not good communicator...
