They focused hard on the areas that we asked them to, and made a good dent in the other projects we had on our list.

Very, very professional. Very good in following up. Very quick getting work done, I was very impressed.

Our cleaner, Lupe is young, friendly and thorough. She got the scuff marks off the hardwood floor, cleaned all surfaces, microwave, 2 showers with doors, vacuumed and the bathrooms were spotless. She does not, however, have strong command of the English language. She worked around us working and is animal friendly (1 dog and 1 cat). For a 2600 sq ft. house she worked 3-1/2 hours and I was charged $105 for a bi-monthly cleaning. It 's customary to leave her a tip (typically $10) or add it on to our bill at the head office. Maid Pro's prices were $39 lower than Immaculate Concepts.

The ladies were excellent at cleaning and very fast. However, the king bed sheets were put on sideways. Ah well.

I would hire them again. Everything was done in a very professional way and in good time.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I would make is that they don't call as often. We received about 4 calls each to confirm, as follow-ups, etc... On lines that we specifically asked them not to call.
