The rep is pushy and impulsive. As we disconnected our old printer he tried to pull the ethernet wiring without regard to the secured wire or attachment at the other end. I had to step in and interrupt him. He whined about the age of my computer, not knowing the current upgrades. He then downloaded a malware program I did not want. I subsequently hired another tech to complete my job.

Client Robert, Robert Lazorko, had asked several months ago for parts, which M and H Globaltech Solutions provided. The client is only conveying a very small part of the story. We have been very accommodating to said client. The Majority of our reviews speak for themselves.

It was mehh, tbh the amount of time it took and the amount of money I spent, what was it I think it was around $410, just to install drivers and it did not even come with windows 10, a lot of the time was just waiting for downloading, the whole point I called was just to install windows 10 with a usb since I tried doing it with a hard drive, I did not tell him to start screwing in my pc which I could have done on my own, he just started doing it, if I knew the cost for just installing sum drivers I DEFINITELY WOULDVE JUST DONE THIS [Redacted] ON MY OWN! Especially for the amount of time for a senior technician which he also gave my [Redacted] weird vibes talking about being a creep. This whole process was AROUND 4 hours 4 [Redacted] HOURS!! Here is what I HAVE problems with! 1.1 hour waiting to download a lite version of windows 10 2. him not doing what I call for, I legit spent amount 40-60 minutes of him trying to make sure my GPU was secure again something I could have fixed myself not what I called for. 3. Being weird, I do not why he wanted he making him these tasks that I was not needed for like I called to help not making him do [redacted] stuff like clicking [redacted] and holding his [redacted] for him like his computers, the technician was lucky I was being nice and had a filter. 4. I know what if he was wasting more time to charge more everybody in my whole house knew 400+ for that task is bull [Redacted]. I could have told him off but I was feeling nice and did not say [redacted]. Let me just tell you this I have not still received my windows 10 pro. Never again. Never [redacted] again 1/5 review [Redacted] and your company!
