Aside from what appears to be a high level of IT expertise, Mark became a customer advocate when dealing with the cable company when it became clear part of the problem was so related.
I found Mark to be a brilliant and methodical IT expert. He was very thorough and detailed-oriented. I had previous IT professionals attend to my needs and many of them were simply useless. A case in point, one IT professional advised me that the computers that I had in the office were fine but in reality, they were geared towards families living at home, not a full-fledged business. Additionally, whoever installed my router was not too smart since he had cables going all through the office and these cables (blue, I might add) were noticeable. Mark took a novel approach in that he hid all the wires in a special case. This cosmetic change is huge since it improves the efficiency of the office. Let me add the fact that an IT professional has never accompanied me to a computer store to guide me on the purchase of equipment. Mark came with me and many of the IT people gave him a "hello" which tells me he has a strong following in the IT community. I give him my highest recommendation.

Suddenly my Mac would not connect to my wireless network. Over two or three days, Mark and I "spoke" by phone and text, we never met face to face. He asked substantive questions about my attempts to diagnose and fix the issue. He listened carefully, asked good questions and supported my attempts to fix the problem myself before making a "house call," which I finally did. Thanks Mark!
Mark is very knowledgeable, he really tried to save me time and money and while there was a glitch that cost me some, it really wasn't his fault. My computer is functioning like new.
