I think it was a little pricey, but the service was very good he was very knowledgeable and passed that on to me.

He is very knowledgeable and has performed excellent service.
My young adult son had recenty passed away, so I began to use his laptop for various projects. After a few years, I had accumulated quite a bit of very important information on the laptop. Recently, my son's laptop began to crash terribly. I was fearful to lose mountains of important information, and on top of that, microsoft put a lock on the laptop which prevented me from being able to do anything further. I called Mark and he confidently took on the project and passed the test with flying colors. My son's laptop runs like brand new, and he was able to save all important info off my hard drive before it crashed completely. I would highly recommend Mark and his staff. They deliver excellent quality repairs.

Hired Mark Levine, Tech and Computer Consultant at M&H Global Tech Solutions. As soon as he looked at our Cox modem, my printer and large screen (75") and old Plasma (37" tv) he suggested revisions to the systems to make the technology work better and do things not previously workable. He added better cables, removed unnecessary cables installed by Cox technicians and reconfigured computer and tvs. Now we can see my Google photos/albums and iPhone photos on the giant screen tv. Also, my wife can now print from her iPad and iPhone (wireless to the printer). The resolution and colors on the old Plasma are much improved. Mark is better and more knowledgeable than any of the three Cox technicians that have worked in our home on our tvs and computer/modem leased by Cox to us. His 20 years of expertise really is evident. Just looking at our modem without checking specifications he said "this modem is about six years old and not as secure to neighbors". So we will ask Cox for a new modem. Thanks Mark. We will only use Mark from here on out for anything to do with cable, internet, computers and flat screen televisions. After forty years and a dozen tech guys for office and home, customers would be lucky to work with Mark. So glad he was the first of four referrals from Homeadvisor to call us.
