I was very pleased with Mark H. Anderson Electrical Services. Owner and employees were very professional and did exactly what they promised in a timely manner. They cleaned up after their work and I must say that the workmaship was fantastic! Mark Anderson even came back to my house after I had asked a question to ensure my satisfaction (the issue was not with the installation, but with the product). I was so impressed that I had additional work performed. I would absolutely recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.
Overall, the workmanship and electricians were great. I was very staisfied with the quality of their work and how they cleaned up after the job was complete. The only negative was a lack of communication on their part when my job ticket was inadvertenly closed out when there was some work left to be done. Adding to the frustration was the owner being away for 4 or 5 days and no one returned my repeated calls as to when the work would be completed. The owner, Mark Anderson finally called after he got back, found out my job ticket had been closed and came the next day to complete the job.
we did what we were in contract to do but the customer asked if i could put new wood trim around the new electrical panel for the existing trim was old and to small so i did as favor no charge ,just happened i went on vacation which donot get to do much as a person in business for themselvles and like to help as much as i can my customers to make agood relationship but as they said when i got back took me hour to put up trim ,they also did not know anyone to do work so i did my best to create a good relationship with customers as always
I honestly cant say ENOUGH wonderful things about Mark, Joel and the entire crewbut Ill try!! Mark responded by phone to my request on Service Magic within ONE MINUTE of my submission!! He was ready and willing to meet with us at OUR convenience on a Sunday morning to review our rather large project. Mark listened carefully to our wants/needs and offered tremendous insight and creative solutions to some of our more unusual and demanding requests NOTHING is impossible for these guys!

Very friendly, if i had any questions about the process he would take the time to explain it to me. Worked with me every step of the way and unlike the other Electricians that i spoke with from this site he didn't require me to take down my cabinets so he can install the panel, we just put it on the other side of the wall. I would strongly recommend Mark for any electrical job.
Competitive price up front, clearly experienced with ceiling fans - did an excellent job installing three fans & cleaned up afterwords. Will use again for two more fans next spring & possibly some new light fixtures as well.

Mark and his assistant did a very nice job replacing my electrical panel. They came in and got the job done in only about six hours, and their work was very clean. Unfortunately, the follow-up things -- contacting my electrical supplier to change my meter and the county inspector -- took several weeks. Mark left me thinking everything would be done within a couple of weeks of the panel work, but it was nearly two months before the electric company changed my meter. I had to call Mark a few times to remind him to finish things up.
we as contractors cnnot control when the county inspectors will come never give a time all contractors know this ,and we cannot control power company when they will come to your project they give a date and a time between 8am and 4pm as all contractors home owners get upset at us when we cannot get a perfect time but i try, to make as many phone calls as it takes but i completed this project professionally and never gave up and did keep in touch the home owner worker like everybody does and could not get return calls until after my business hours and i still called them back ,cannot do any better then that
