The Mark H. Anderson company was everything we hoped for. The owner, Mark, and his employee, Joel, were awesome. The job was an emergency replacement of the home's electrical panel. Mark came out ahead of time and did a complete site survey before coming back to go over the proposal. He answered all our questions and was able to start work as scheduled. He and Joel were great workers, did everything that was in scope for the price we had agreed to within the estimated timeframe. Always ready to answer our several questions and had the replacement panel inspected without any issues. Additionally, Mark extended himself to help us deal with some other issues that cropped up. We could tell that integrity and customer service are key values at the heart of Mark's company. Linda and I highly recommend the Mark H. Anderson company to everyone we have spoken to recently.

Mark Anderson called me within 30 minutes of submitting my request thru Home Advisory. He then fixed our lamppost 2 hours later and called when everything was completed. Very prompt and courteous and I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Mark through email in HomeAdvisor. He touch based with me within 24 hours. Customer service was outstanding! When the day came to install the porch light fixture his son called half an hour prior to the agreed appointment informing us of a few minutes delayed arrival due to traffic. We greatly appreciate the thought of notifying us ahead of time. He did a great job! Very professional and quality work. We will definitely hire them again and recommend to family and friends.
