Mark and Joe converted a 3-phase interior disconnect, sub panel box and 100 AMP panel box to a 200 panel box. They are work from time they arrived until they finished and did not stop for lunch. They were professional, they clean up after they completed the work and took off their shoes before they entered the house ( it was raining that day). They provided a detail bill of the work to be performed. I had two independent contractors (AC/HVAC contractor and BGE) comment on the quality of Mark's work. I did not shop price since my priority was to get my furnace and air conditioning replaced asap. My understanding is that Mark Anderson Electrical Services, Inc. is a small shop and I did experience difficulty in reaching him at times.

I am really disappointed and surprised about comment by customer for i was getting repeat calls about how project was to be done an answered no less then hours from time of call I work on the job sites doing work an try my best to get bacl to customers quickly. I handled power company scheduling an i got repeat calls from customer on when they were coming an i called back everytime to tell same info with no negative conversation. We try our best an all customers are important to us . He even ssys how quick we were to get done but yet he could not get in touch. Don't make complete since. Gave us a 100.00 tip for dinner .

Mark and Joe installed outlets and another panel for us. Hard workers. Mark is also a wealth of information on remodeling stuff. All work was done on time, will definitely use this business again.

Hired Mark to install a second panel in my basement (expanded service) and a subpanel in my garage. Mark was the least expensive of the bids I received, work was performed exactly as planned, and would definitely hire him again for future work.
