Lutton Construction did a wonderful job with my basement remodel, transforming it from the 80s to modern times. Kyle (the owner) listened carefully to my vision for the space and was very responsive throughout the duration. The project included building new framed interior walls, insulating, new electric, fixing a section of sill plate, replacing a damaged gas line, drywall, new LTV flooring, refinishing the ceiling, new wood trim and finishing work and fresh painting. His crew was polite, professional and very detail oriented. Absolutely thrilled with the finished result and my family is looking forward to enjoying for many years!

Team provided ideas that I had never thought about after listening to me.. they provided guidance and the bathroom turned out better than I thought..I get comments from othersâ ¦. It is very unique. Clean work .. eye for detail.. again provided better ideas about how the space would work.

He did a good job communicating with us. If there were complications, we knew about them and he was proactive. Our project was on a tight timeline, and he completed it on time! His people were great, and my wife who works from home felt safe with the crew that were in the house. We plan to use him again!

When I say Lutton Construction built my whole house, I mean it. We went from an outdated 1500sqft home to 2600sqft of cottage charm. Our home is one of a kind, both in exterior and interior looks and we couldnâ t be happier with the work that Kyle and crew did!
