"Unfortunately, I initially did not choose Chris for my deck project. When the original contractor tore off my deck and then was unable to get a permit to replace it, I called Chris again. I explained what happened and Chris jumped right in and took over the project. Chris was extremely prompt in answering questions and keeping me updated with the progress of the project. He also was able to start the project within a few days of being contacted. I was very happy that he could start so quickly since I had had so much trouble with the first contractor. I own the house but live in another state so having GREAT COMMUNICATION with Chris was very important to me. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them for other work that I need to have done on this property.
