All was great with a difficult project.

I originally hired him for small projects and he did them then I hired him to do a two story porch last november. I should have got something in writing because he charged over two thousand more and stairs were too short .he said he could not fix the until spring but wanted his money , I gave him the money in good faith. He never came back in the spring. I kept calling and so many excuses. He finally came back to take part of the wood from the stairs today after calling several times again, it took a whole year for this to get done. Just from my experience with him please make sure you get something in writing of exact price and do not pay him until the job is completely done.

They showed up on time, worked quickly and did a first rate job. The price was right too. Would definitely rehire Sam.
