Great service! Ben, the technician, arrived during the promised window, was friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. He advised regarding options for service (lube & tune of existing system) vs motor replacement. Ben also advised that if I elected service vs replacement at this time and subsequently (within one year) replaced the motor, the cost for the lube & tune service would be credited toward the purchase price of a new motor. I'm very satisfied with the entire customer experience. Ben was excellent and I would highly recommend Local Garage Door Company.

I had an emergency with my garage door stuck partially open. Ben came to my house that day and got the door down. I decided to have a new door and garage door opener installed. Unfortunately it was on Saturday so had to wait until Monday which was not a problem. Great customer service and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
