On the two occasions I used this service for the same reason I was contacted within minutes of completing the online service request. Both times it was the same company and Tyler got someone out within an hour the first time and by 8 am the next morning. Shane arrived earlier than the two hour window provided. He was professional in manner and appearance. Will definitely recommend Folsom Garage Repair! Apologies if that is the exact name. But if you use this service In this area I can pretty much guarantee it will be Tyler calling you within the next 5 minutes. Kudos to you guys!!!

They sent Mike to replace our existing garage door opener. He was able to schedule the install the day I spoke with him. He was very professional and explained to me the work performed. The job was completed in 2 hours and we couldn't be any happier. I'll definitely be recommending them to friends/family.

Submitted request at 3 pm- never expecting to have the job done the same day, received a call within minutes. The serviceman was at the door at 6:30 pm. He diagnosed the problem, gave estimates of different options for the replacement part, did the job and was out the door by 7:30 pm. Highly recommend this company.

arrived on time, work performed quickly. My only complaint was technician wore headphones the entire time so I couldn't ask him questions about the install.
