When my family needed a real estate inspection, we had a really difficult time finding an engineering firm that would even get back to us in a timely manner. Level Engineering was quick from the start! They answered the first time I called, got our inspection scheduled within just a few hours, and were able to complete the inspection before our deadline. Sheri, our engineer, was exceptionally professional, competent, and kind throughout the process. She took the time to answer our questions in depth and ensure we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Her expertise left us feeling much more comfortable. If I need a structural engineer again in the future, I'm calling Sheri!

I had the pleasure of working with Jay who performed a site drainage and grade inspection. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process, taking the time to explain his observations clearly and thoroughly. His knowledge was evident as he highlighted several important considerations and potential issues I hadn’t thought of, particularly regarding drainage patterns and long-term concerns. His insights were incredibly helpful, and I truly appreciated his thoughtful and detailed approach.

We used Level Engineering for an independent assessment on our new home build foundation and settling issues. Their help and reports were very valuable in our effort to get the builder warranty company to acknowledge and remediate the issues. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Steven Norton was absolutely fantastic and a lifesaver! If you’re dealing with foundation issues, contractor disputes, or need expert guidance on a project, I highly recommend him. We had a challenging situation with a contractor, and Steven immediately understood what was going on. He gave us clear, thoughtful recommendations and helped us get the project back on track. He even talked with the contractors onsite, discussed the feedback to them, under pressure from the contractors and handled it gracefully! His advice and support were critical, he helped us hold the contractors accountable, get the necessary fixes made, and ultimately made sure our home was safe and secure. He was also incredibly responsive, always willing to hop on a call, and brought a great energy to the process. He truly went above and beyond!! Working on your first home renovation, and having foundation issues can be very stressful. Steven made me so much more comfortable with the process and id recommend him to anyone. We’ll definitely be working with Steven and Level Engineering again for any future projects and I want to thank Steven for all his help!! Thank you 🙏
