Scott reviewed structural issues with our heaving basement walls and made quick and clear recommendations on remediation. He also reviewed a wall to determine it was not load bearing. His knowledge and willingness to take the time to explain the issues, causes, and fixes was appreciated. His company was quick to respond and schedule, when I had several others previously turn down the opportunity as too small. I was grateful to find him!

Gave excellent advice and truly put my mind at ease about a few issues I was concerned about in regards to my home's foundation. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and great customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone even remotely concerned about their home's structural integrity.

Absolutely fabulous and quick response. Was in the process of buying a home and our inspector noted concerns with the foundation. Two engineers came to the house and confirmed that there was significant foundation issues and gave us an estimate to repair based on their knowledge of local contractors. Their explanations were thorough but not over our heads. Their evaluation allowed us to walk away from a potential money pit.

I was told that I may have a hard time finding an engineer that could come out in less than three weeks, and I needed one right away for a refinance. I called Level and Scott was scheduled to come just a couple days later. He was on time (actually early), he was very knowledgeable, he explained everything, he gave recommendations for what needed to be done and what would not be necessary to worry about right away. He was understanding about our time constraint and did a great job.

Level responded initially within an hour. Now when I have questions or I'm trying to verify pictures I send are received the resonse from Level is slow.
