Legendary Landscape Construction

Please do not use this company. Allen continually says that he has been doing this for a long time but the work done on my yard says otherwise. As a new homeowner I am beyond upset that I trust this company to complete the job. They cut my original quote in half but underestimated how much dirty they needed to slope and grade my yard. Allen's solution was making me pay more money to fix a mistake he made ($1200 more). $1800 cash later and I have to hire a whole new to fix his work. First red flag should have been how hard it was to get in touch with him. Experiences like this chip away at my ability to trust small business owners.

Allen and his youngest son did a terrific job of replacing all of my sprinkler heads and correcting the other problems with my system. Would highly recommend Legendary Landscape Construction for any home p reject you might have!

I hired Legendary Landscape after getting 3 estimates for the install of a dry creek bed, irrigation system and sod for our back yard. Allen and his crew did a great job with all of the above. Will hire him again.

Finally a contractor that does what they promise. These guys were awesome.

Allen was generally on time and the drainage and sprinkler systems he put in as well as the gate repair were great. The lawn, which was supposed to be landscaped in a diachrondra is a total disaster. He mixed another seed in with the diachrondra I have got some weird looking stuff growing all over my yard. He claims to have tried to kill it 3 times, but it keeps coming back. This nonsense has been going on since March 2019 and I still do not have a lawn. I have got a lot of dirt though! I am checking into filing a small claims case against this guy to recover the cost of the law work but I may have hit a snag. GA records show the business was dissolved on August 29, 2019. Have had to hire another company to clean this mess up and plant some fescue before winter comes.

Even though he said he would make things right; I still have not have no heard from him. If this site allowed me to post pictures you would see the results. Look at the email messages where Allen (the owner) told me over the phone that he did not see anything wrong with my driveway. Look at the email trail where he is admitting that he does not like the result. I hired Legendary after getting 4 estimates for a list of items I needed done. Allen came in and offered a plan, not just an estimate. I really appreciated Allen taking the time to explain not only what he would do but why. He listened to my wants and concerns, offered his professional opinions, and we ultimately came up with not only what I wanted but what we needed. For example: We had problem with a muddy side yard whenever it rained. We wanted a stone walkway. Allen explained just putting the walkway there would not solve the problem and a french drain was needed. He was able to tie it in with the existing drainage we have. My wife wanted new foundation plants/shrubs. Allen made suggestions. At the same time my wife and I looked at some of the recently built homes around and really liked some of the plants used. We got with Allen shared a list of what we liked and he came up with a plan without adding to the cost. In the end, we ended up asking Allen to do more items on the list because we were very impressed with the quality of work and the estimates he gave us. We intend to continue to hire the company for the remaining items on the list. We are truly satisfied with everything Allen and his team have done.
