We had several issues with our basement and yard, front and back. When we met with Allen he listened and came up with a plan that would accomplish what we needed and could afford. Allen and his crew worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job! He is honest and trustworthy. He is a man of his word and guarantees his work. I highly recommend him!

Allen and his youngest son did a terrific job of replacing all of my sprinkler heads and correcting the other problems with my system. Would highly recommend Legendary Landscape Construction for any home p reject you might have!

I hired Legendary Landscape after getting 3 estimates for the install of a dry creek bed, irrigation system and sod for our back yard. Allen and his crew did a great job with all of the above. Will hire him again.

Allen was generally on time and the drainage and sprinkler systems he put in as well as the gate repair were great. The lawn, which was supposed to be landscaped in a diachrondra is a total disaster. He mixed another seed in with the diachrondra I have got some weird looking stuff growing all over my yard. He claims to have tried to kill it 3 times, but it keeps coming back. This nonsense has been going on since March 2019 and I still do not have a lawn. I have got a lot of dirt though! I am checking into filing a small claims case against this guy to recover the cost of the law work but I may have hit a snag. GA records show the business was dissolved on August 29, 2019. Have had to hire another company to clean this mess up and plant some fescue before winter comes.

We were unaware that the lawn was still not doing as expected. The heat has had a major part in the ground cover plant. Also we did not add another kind of seed to the Dichondra, the vendor where purchased the original seed mush have had a part in that. Legendary Landscape Construction, Inc. has never been dissolved by the state of Georgia. We would have Replanted the ground cover again last Fall if would have known the circumstances. These things happen sometimes and we strive to fix any issues in a timely manor. All though we try to please all of our customers, sometimes it is very unfortunate that we can not please everyone.
