excuses, poor communication, broken equipment, short lumber, selective memory, aggravation, job took way too long, every other work more important, extra charges.

Very quick response. Came to estimate and did work immediately. Price quoted seemed high, so he cut me a deal to get the job and not have to return at a later date.

They were very professional through out. Allen (the owner) coordinated the job very well. Was easy to reach by phone and promptly returned calls. There were two problems with an otherwise excellent job. 1) we agreed upon 2 yards of river sand for the top dressing. Two cubic yards is a lot of sand and that is what was needed. What we got was a little more than a yard. Not enough. 2) he used a blower to distribute the sand and blew a lot into my garden. When ordering sand, top soil, etc, make sure the vender understands what a cu. yd. is: 1 cu yd = 27 cu ft = 2,700 lbs.
