The whole experience was easy from beginning to end. They came out and gave me an estimate on the spot then sent it to me in writing. I approved the work and they fit me into their schedule quickly, came out on the day they said they would, finished the work on time, and left the area clean. I met with owner Larry to discuss a leaky basement issue where mold had also grown in my basement. My special needs daughter and I were experiencing mold allergies and unfortunately my credit had suffered because of a recent divorce. After discussing the option available and my financial situation I determined I was not able to afford to waterproof my basement at this time and decided on installing a fan/pump instead to help with the current situation understanding that this would not be a long-term solution but would help in the mean time. After Larry left my home he contacted me via phone and informed me that he would donate labor and materials to complete the waterproofing of my basement and eliminate the mold and moisture issues. I was so surprised and touched with this offer. I had been thinking I may have to return my home to the bank because I wasn't sure that we would be able to stay in the home even with the pump installation. I am so grateful to Larry and his crew for their generosity. They did an excellent job and our respiratory issues have disappeared. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have the mold issue resolved and to be able to stay in my home. I feel that Larry is an honest and kind business owner and would happily hire him to complete any project in the future.

I had water seeping into my basement during heavy storms. It was starting to cause a lot of damage (i.e. ruined carpet). Jordan came out and found the issue while providing an estimate. I didn't really look too hard at competitors, but I couldn't get the other company I contacted to even come out to look at the issue. Two weeks later, Jim and his crew came out and installed the drainage system and sump pump. They were transparent, easy to deal with, and so far so good on the implementation (still need a few more heavy storms to be 100% confident). I would recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof their homes.
