I reached out to this company on a Friday. He responded right away and set up a home inspection for Monday. Met with Rich on Monday and he saw serious issues on the outside of a house I was about to purchase. He asked if I wanted to move forward with the inspection. He could have told me the issues after the inspection and charged me a ton but he didn't. He also possibly saved me from buying a house with serious problems. I am so glad I called L & M. I don't know what would have happened if I called someone else who was not as honest and knowledgeable.

L&M worked with us to inspect a house that my wife and I were excited to buy. Within 10 minutes of starting the inspection, issues were noted that would not have passed our financing requirements and we were offered a chance to stop the home inspection at that point for a reduced fee even though L&M was under no obligation to reduce their fee for coming out both on the day of the inspection and two days prior to set up a radon test. Highly recommended and will use again when we find another house that accepts our offer.

L & M did a great job. He repeatedly expressed how he treats each job as if his own family was moving into the house, and his work showed it. He takes a lot of pride in his work for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
