I usually don`t write the review, but I have to say that it was so lucky to meet Richard. As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous and desperate to have a good and trustable inspector. Richard was so humble and always be side of buyer. He spent so much time for inspection and focus on his work. Thank you again Richard!

I did not see him open any windows. So I guess he doesnt do windows. I dont think his roof inspection was thorough enough. As I didnt really see one. He told me he used binoculars but it is kinda a flat roof, so? But otherwise, it was good. The man who did the inspection was nice.

Response from Company:

The roof was pitched and could see every angle and where the roof was hidden from the ground was able to view it from the upper level. Windows were checked considering some windows had ac units in them. Others were opened and just had to check to see if they moved. I do apologize if you did not see the movement of windows and you were informed that the roof was nearing the end of life and recommended a roofing contractor to evaluate further.

I am a first time home buyer and this is a crucial part of buying a home. I had to find my own inspector so I googled all the locals and their reviews and wasnâ t impressed. If you want someone thorough and humble Rich is your man. I got a quick response and an inspection set up within days. He spent 2.5 hours inspecting my home and told me everything he found wrong. He searches high and low for any little thing that is or might eventually become a problem. I highly recommend this man for your home as well. Donâ t just hire anyone do your research like I did. Buying a home isnâ t cheap and you want to make sure itâ s safe for your family. Best of luck to all. Thank you again Rich.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
