Rich was extremely Thorough and took many pictures to go along with his descriptions. He explained to me, as a new homeowner, areas that I should be concerned about as well as positive qualities of the home. His home inspection and subsequent written follow-up was extremely help-full. Rich did an EXCELLENT job inspecting our house. He was very flexible regarding our schedules and accommodated us on very short notice. On the day of the inspection he arrived early and immediately began to assess the outside of the house before progressing to the inside. He not only provided a detailed report complete with pictures that we could refer back to, but also took the time to go over each item which was very helpful for people new to the home buying process as ourselves. Rich presented the information to us in simple, non-technical terms that we could understand which is very important for a buyer. He also identified items that needed to be fixed before closing which gave us peace of mind. My family and I will definitely use Rich's services in the near future for a follow-up inspection.     HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
