Going into this, we wanted a company that was going to be extremely thorough. We checked with a lot of contractors and inspection companies, for the price and quality of service L & M cannot be beat! Melissa was a great first contact, professional and nice! Handled the scheduling and answered all questions that we had pre-inspection. Rich, was the most kind and professional inspector we could have asked for, where our realtor failed to stand up for us when it came to the structural integrity of the deck, Rich was sure to make sure our best interests were recognized. L & M has been the very best experience for these first time home buyers. If we ever have another home in mind we will certainly utilize L & M again.

Melissa and Rich were great! Melissa was very quickly to respond to all my emails and questions and diligent about scheduling us an inspection immediately. Rich was extremely thorough and provided a lot of details and pictures. The radon testing was easy, and done promptly within the 48 hour window as promised. The inspection report was also provided within 24 hours of the inspection completion time. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend L&M inspection to everyone!

From the moment I spoke to Melissa on the phone I knew they would a great company. She was very friendly and personable and we were able to schedule my home inspection right away. Rich showed up on time and his inspection was very thorough. He explained everything as he went and was very friendly. The report came about two days later. It was typed and included digital photos. It was very organized and professional and explained everything. Their prices are very reasonable and the job was done professionally and efficient. I would highly recommend L & M Inspection Service!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
