Richard did a great job explaining each facet of the inspection.He explained in a way that those of us who don't know several issues and terms of a house in layman's terms. My daughter,who was also at the inspection, was very impressed by the time he took to explain in detail all he was doing and what the outcomes indicated. Now, on to Office Manager,Melissa, she was so affable,kind, down to earth,yet client was aware that she was professional and knew her stuff.I was very surprised and elated to get report back so quickly,and that Melissa was on top of the water testing results. I would recommend L&M to anyone buying a home. Wonderful,competent,friendly experience!

i didnt end up hiring L&M, and instead went with the company that originally did my home inspection... however, the shared knowledge and courteous customer service, as well as potential value that I saw from L&M did not go unnoticed. Very kind, informative, and quick to respond. would recommend.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
