LLugo was able to quickly respond to my request for an emergency pipe repair and restore water to my home. Because LLugo is a general contractor they were able to handle the entire project from beginning to end, saving me time and reducing delays. The workers was professional and friendly and willing to explain why and what they were doing along the way. I would use them again if needed.

Llugo was very attentive and thorough. They did however advertise as providing camera leak inspection, so that they wouldn't have to cut open more of my walls than necessary, but did not show up with that equipment. Otherwise it was a smooth and very positive experience.

Service was prompt and quick. We were a little dismayed that an invoice was not immediately provided and I had to callback to ask for it. Also, we had expected soldered copper pipe and found a Franco type installation. We would have been happier to have received an estimate for copper pipe repair and an explanation of the Franco type installation before work began. Bottom line: this was Thanks giving week and other plumbers we have used before did not evendors return our calls. This emergency work was very quick and well priced, so we were happy overall.

Luis Lugo is an awesome contractor. We are extremely happy with the work he did remodeling our 3 bathrooms. He is a kind professional. He is on our speed-dial, as we will use him again and again--for large or small jobs. We've recommended him to several friends and we're happy to do so. Luis is happy when he makes you happy. Unheard of these days. I'm happy to recommend him. I'd give him 10+stars if that were an option!

I initially hired L Lugo to do some small handicapped accessible renovations on my mother's home in Springfield, Virginia. We were so impressed with the quality of their work and their competitive prices, that we hired them for additional work. Not only did they install the original grab bars, handrails, and flooring; we have now hired them to replace the 52 year old siding on the house. They are professional, on time, and go the extra mile to please their customers. When problems were encountered, Luis offered solutions at reasonable costs. I am back in Georgia now, but am 100% confident that they will finish the job as promised under the watchful eye of my 89 year old mom. I highly recommend them for all of your remodeling needs.
