I appreciate the communication before and after the snow removal

We had multiple estimates for a bathroom remodel. They were mid-range on pricing. Great attention to detail and customer service. If something was not as expected or went wrong, they immediately addressed the problem. We intend to hire them for additional work.

We had a long list including roof replacement ceiling repair due to water damage, and Hot Water Heater replacement. Washer/dryer install, our highest priority, was completed with no complaints. We were disappointed that after meeting us to go over the work we need, including a roof replacement Llugo LLC promised estimates, but later decided that they were too busy to do the work suggesting a 4 month delay. I had to follow up to find this out. We wish we were told that during Llugo LLC visit so we could have looked elsewhere. Anybody that is that busy should have told us on the spot. My follow up with Llugo LLC was made after another roofing company knocked on our door wanting to do the work. The roofing company was doing the roof for our neighbors. Ratings are based on our disappointment.

Very easy to communicate with, and when they made small mistakes, they were quick and happy to correct them.

They did a good job. They were courteous and got the work done in a timely fashion.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They were great. I was under a time crunch and need the job done ASAP. This is where everybody worked together. The parts need for the shampoo bowel was actually found at the beauty supply store, and of course you need an account to purchase the parts. Since my sister has an account at the beauty supply store her account was used to purchase new faucet and parts. The installation went without a hitch. They did and excellent job.
