Travis's response was prompt and professional. Even though it was a holiday (New Year's), he told me the work would be done after the holiday, and it was done on the 2nd. I am very pleased with how professional he and his staff were.

Basically did a good job. Clean-up afterward was not great, I needed them to send someone out to finish up. Some deep tire tracks were left. Workers were working in sync with a tree/limb cutter who was very good. The owner was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would hire them again.

My neighbor has a very large evergreen tree very close to the boundary. This past year lightening has struck it and twice it dropped very large limbs, damaging my fence. I met Travis of Kustom Trim Tree Service early this spring, when his crew came out to fix the damage. They pruned off the branches that hung over my property and then pruned two additional trees in my yard. I realized the guy I had been using only â trimmedâ the trees which meant he had to come out more often, costing me more money. Travisâ crew properly pruned the trees and I probably will never have to address that issue again. I had some plans for my yard. His crew came out again and removed two rather large and rather dead evergreen bushes from my front yard. Another guy came out and ground out the roots. The crew returned again to mulch my yard. I picked out the replacement bushes and Travis purchased them through his greenhouse connection. The crew came out one final time and planted them. When all was said and done, the final job went far beyond my expectations and vision for my yard. I am just amazed and really pleased and satisfied with the job. My yard really has that â professionalâ look now. His crew is very professional and very personable. I enjoyed chatting with them and learned from them. I am a retired senior citizen and itâ s always nice to find a company you can really trust. That would be Travis and Kustom Trim Tree Service. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Travis (Kustom Trim Tree Service) was the first to respond by actually stopping by the house to see the project. After an onsite review of the project and brief discussion we were sold by his confidence and assurance that he had the man power and right equipment to get the job done safely. As tree limbs and debris fell, the ground crew cleaned up the yard as needed. The project was completed in a timely and safe manner. Travis made it look easy but this was a very big task as some trees were almost 100 feet high. We are very happy and would hire him again if needed in the future.

Travis and his team are amazing! We had a lot of trees cut down and stumps ground out. I wouldn't hire anyone else to do trees! He is honest and will let you know exactly what needs to be done. They cleaned everything up, which if you ever have big trees cut down is a big deal. I will recommend Kustom Trim Tree Service to anyone that need any tree service. The day I called Travis for a estimate, he came the same day, good price for the work his group did. They showed up on time, removed tree, and cleaned up, two days later another gentleman arrived to grind stump. They all did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
