"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"They were very thorough in what they did and fixed but we had to get them back a few days later because we didn’t get all the raccoons. There was no activity for 5 days and then they destroyed my soffit again!! Hopefully this time they will get the female. They are very friendly and competent company and would refer them to anyone"

"He responded quickly, understood my concern to ensure the removal was performed in a prompt, discreet and entirely professional manner. He promptly reported when the task was complete and followed up with the tenants when the dead possum was removed. This is a great service, especially for landlords who are separated from their properties by distance and cannot see for themselves the full extent of what is reported to them by a tenant as "a dead animal in our back yard"."
