I was a little surprised that the owner who told me he was an aborist, and whom I understood would do some of the work, did not come out during the job or check afterward to see if I was satisfied

Kustom Trim Tree and I were talking about what needed to be done to beautify my property. The owner was supposed to call me back on a Saturday with a solution to a weed problem, an accurate quote, and a date work could begin. I did not receive that phone call and KTT showed up while I was at work on the following Monday, without my knowledge, permission, or a contract. I was stunned! I also had a bill in my mailbox for more than we talked about and the work was not completed. Now Kustom Tree Service won't come finish the job and wants more money. I'm thinking of talking to my lawyer and would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

This customer will never be satisfied with the work. As the rest of you can see, my company does excellent work, and all of the ratings show this. The customer had more work done to her property than originally agreed upon, and to this day still refuses to pay me in full. I leave you to read all my ratings and you can see that for yourself.

I no sooner clicked the "Get Quote" button on the Service Magic web site and I received a phone call from Travis. He wanted to set up a time to see what I needed and give me a quote. After a bad thunderstorm, I had a large tree branch come down in my back yard along with several other large branches that did not fall to the ground after breaking high up in two trees, I spoke to Travis on Thursday evening, he was out Friday to give us a quote, and after agreeing to his fair price, he and his crew were out on Saturday morning. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up after the service.
