Showed up on time. Worked non stop. Cleaned up as they went along. Did EVERYTHING we asked for with perfection. Could not be more satisfied. Will be using them again and again as we have many trees! The happiest I have ever been with a contractor!

These guys took care of business in minutes.They removed a pine tree and trimmed others in property. Also gave advice of what to do with exposed roots from existing trees. Clean-up was excellent.

We had a horrible experience with them. First they said a couple of times they'd be here a certain cay and time and never showed and had not called. When they arrived they didn't have proper tools. They bickered among themselves as they worked. They stood around talking a lot. And it soon became apparent they had no idea how to prune trees. I only hope my apple trees survive, they were mutilated. they did not clean up well after themselves and left some tools here lying in the snow. They had trouble getting their truck out of our driveway and backed into our neighbors bushes.

As the owner of Kustom Trim, I take extreme pride in each and every job that we do. During this project I had to attend to some personal matters and I'm truely sorry that I couldn't be there. I will say that this customer was informed on when and what time we were working and only the weather held us up as well as why we were stuck in the driveway. What this customer failed to say was that she got a lot of work done for free and all the work done was done to her specifications. I have learned that after 20 years in business that you can't satisfy everyone. One

The owner was professional, knowledgeable and very capable of performing the tree cutting service we required. 22 trees were removed from our property, they cleaned up the yard. We have plans to use this service for our landscaping needs in 2014.
