The less than perfect score is because they were unable to finish the job because of a lack of gutter material. No idea when it will be back in stock. Otherwise, they did a professional job.

the contractors where very professional and friendly. happy with job except they left the sluge from the old gutters in my yard. not happy.

So far all good on my unit, but one of my neighbors who also used them (there were 4 of us) is having problems getting them to return to fix his issue.
