We got the Klean Gutter guards with the idea that my husband would never have to get on a ladder to clean the gutters again. However, when we called for service they questioned if the valleys were full of leaves. In order to see them my husband had to get on a ladder to see. We have had several issues but they have not resolved any of them. In the winter we now have big ice cycles growing off the gutters because the water freezes and does not flow. If it rains hard the water goes right over the top of the Klean Gutter guards. They are a huge waste of money and I would encourage people not to invest in them. The person who gave us the estimate said our gutters were good and we did not need new ones, BUT we did not get that in writing. Now the excuse for doing nothing is that they told us we needed new gutters,(which we do not and the sales rep said we did not), and we refused to get them so they wont honor our guarantee. If you deal with this company get everything in writing.....but better yet do not deal with this company!!

Excellent in every way from estimates through completion. Not high pressure, worked to precisely meet my needs, cleaned up after even removing leaf filled defective previous gutters without spreading them on the lawn.
