The gutter installation was good, but I have a problem with the leaf guard put on front of house. The owner Kurt just told me that he will not fix the problem. It is not a function issue, but it affects the curb appeal.

We are saddened to hear that you do not like the appearance of our product on the front of your home due to the mill-finish color. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to change the mill-finish that our product comes in. One key component to Klean Gutter Leaf Guard is it's ability to be pitched at an angle to prevent debris from piling up while also preventing overflow. Lowering the pitch of the product could allow debris to pile up as it would eliminate our product's ability to self-clean. Over time, the product will be less visible as the color will not be as vibrant, however, we are confident you will enjoy the function of your Klean Gutter Leaf Guard for many years to come.
