They installed the wrong size gutter guide and created a problem with my roof, I am having difficulties reaching them to get it corrected. I would not recommend them.

The owner of this company is so crooked they will have to screw him into the ground when he passes. Had to take him to court to get satisfaction and won our case. Customer service when having a issue with there product or installation is non existent. You will receive nothing but lies and deceit. I would run from this company and look elsewhere.

This is a fraudulent review by Chris/Carmen Henry from Lakeview, MI. Mr/Mrs. Henry continues to leave libelous reviews without facts. Henry had a ranch-style home with a metal roof with existing snow-stops installed over their entryways only. Henry was advised of the potential damage that could be caused to their home + gutter system if they elected to forgo the installation of snow-stops on the remainder of their home. They refused to install the rest of the snow stops + suffered damage to their leaf guards. We offered to replace the damaged areas free of charge if they installed the rest of the snow stops but they still refused.

Sales gave me wrong measurements for wood to be replaced. Installers didn?t tell me that until they had it up and we were inspecting. They didn?t have the right tools to fix the problem so it was rigged. I was aware that it would be spliced in BUT not like it was. I refused to fill out customer satisfaction and no sign in yard.. they left a downspout clam on the wall. Installers kept telling me they really don?t do the wood replacement but they did for me??? Lol.. sales guy said they would and would have the tools! Gutter corners seams are not flush..
