I am happy with the quality of work which was done, my only complaint is the owner needs to respond to problems much quicker than several weeks after the first call concerning a problem.

I had tried another company I found on Home Advisor but they wouldn't return my calls after coming out for the estimate. Klean Gutters were very responsive, came out the next day to do the estimate and scheduled me for the following week. They offered me a competitive price.

Had some issues with the salesperson not measuring the job correctly, so they wanted to increase the cost of the quote by almost 900 dollars. I ended up talking with the owner (Great guy) and we renegotiated on the price.

They were suppose to be here between 9-11. They called just before 11:30 to say they would be there in another hour. They were more then two hours late. The 3 three guys that showed up were very nice. Not very professional looking, but they did a great job.

Overal, very professional from the salesperson to the installers. Made sure I understood why their product is superior to others. The installers left a sample of the leaf guard. It has impressed everyone I have shown. I am extremely happy with the product.
