Kasper Fabricating and Design

We hired Kasper to fabricate and install several custom iron railings based upon one existing railing. We are genuinely impressed by not only the level of professionalism, but the quality of the work. Outstanding! Simple as that. We are very happy with the finished product!

My rails for the front porch were exactly as I ordered. They were installed as the weather permitted. This was not a problem. Paul kept me informed of the progress along the way and I would refer customers to them.

Kudos to Paul and his company - a 3 generational family owned business. From the time Paul came to give me an estimate for the project to the day of installation of my new porch railings, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Their workmanship represents a master class in artistry and craftsmanship. If I could give them 10 stars for excellence, I would without any doubt.

The railings I purchased were put in with care. Customer service is lacking. Communication between me and the owner. Paul. consisted of set times and days. At times Paul would not show at the times we agreed and left me wondering if he would show at all. I received no phone call stating he would be late and would have to take the initiative to call and find out if he was still going to show up or not. This happened on several occasions and received. no apology for his lateness. I spent a lot of money on my railings and found this to be unacceptable. Kasper's Fabricating and Design made me feel as though they did not care about my time. On the initial install date I had to reschedule an appointment I had because Paul was 1 hour late and did not even call. Honestly, I cannot recommend this company as they don't feel the customer's time is valuable. Being that they had five star ratings I thought I had the right company, for me that was not the case.

Paul came and explained their process to us and was able to quote us the cost of the project in the same appointment. Not knowing what to expect in the way of what the price was going to be, but the final job was nice. We were having a holiday picnic, and we were hoping for the rail to be installed prior to the event. We thank Kasper for making it happen by getting the rail installed just in time for our function. We really appreciate their efforts and expertise. Thank you
