I hired Kyle as my structural engineer for my ADU. Long story short, my original architect ghosted me, and left an incomplete plan and about two months before application expires. I had to change my design a bit and Kyle was so kind. He helped me finished my revision over a weekend even though he had a lot of work at hand after he leaned my situation. And the city revision only cost him a day. With his help I was able to pull my permit two days before the deadline! Excellent work Kyle! Much appreciated!

Kyle and his team were very professional and easy to work with. He was able to explain changes that needed to be made and always delivered on promised schedules. Additionally, he proactively helped serve as almost a project manager to follow-up with my other contractors and architects, ensuring plans were submitted to the city on time. I did not know all of the dependencies between the different teams, and Kyle took the initiative to get everyone on the same page and follow through even though technically he was brought on as a secondary contractor. I really appreciated this.

They drafted up engineering plans for me to go from a composition shingle roof to a metal roof, added 5 skylights, so they had to calculate and engineer the rafters around the skylights, plus adding a roof cover over the front porch. Their calculations included swapping out the ridge beam to a larger beam and some supports upstairs for the ridge beam. Their turn around time was quick.
