Good guys..did what I needed. The hourly rate of $90 was a little steep as I was charged for the full hour when the job took only about 30 minutes.....

Joe came in and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He doesn't look at ways to get more money to fix your problems, he just looks at the best way to fix the problem. He did some other things that I requested after fixing the original problem and didn't want to charge me, but I insisted. Any future needs I have, I will call him. He is very good.

Joe called me shortly after I received his information from ServiceMagic to learn more about the project and was the only one of the referrals to do so. He impressed me with the thoroughness of his questions and knowledge and confidence. I contacted the other two referrals that I received and was unimpressed with their responses. In my view, there was no comparison between Joe Electric and the other two referrals. Joe won hands down.

Joe is very professional and knows what he's talking about. He fixed our problems right away in less than 30 minutes. He's a little expensive though. He charged $90.00 for the repair. I'm happy with the work Joe's done but I wished I had checked for the service rate charge before he came.
