Staff was on time, polite and found the problem immediately - I omitted a white wire when installing a new outlet. The charge was reduced, very fair and very much appreciated as I am retired. I will aboslutely use Joe's service again and have already recommended them.

The work was done quickly and properly and the guys were knowledgeable. The only thing I was suggest to improve upon is the communication. 35 minutes after scheduled start, I still hadn't heard anything, so I checked my email and Joe had emailed me (he hadn't written my phone number down to call me about a delay). If I hadn't been in a position to check my email I would have waited all afternoon. When the guys got there over an hour after the scheduled time, they thought they were doing a service call, not a light installation. But as I mentioned, once they were there, they were curtious, down to business and got the job done right.

I try my very best to ask all the necessary questions when setting a customer up for an appointment. Every once in awhile I get caught up in the conversation about the project and forget to ask for all the information. In this case I only had the email and address. Also on this day there were two service calls that were very similiar which created a little confusion about what we were there to do. We always try to be ready for the unexpected and also any additional work the customer may want during the project.

The technician arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciate. He was very thorough. My only concern was that I intentionally hired a licensed electrician and they sent a technician that was not a licensed electrician. I had informed them when making the initial contact that the location of the installation was already wired so I assume that a licensed technician was not necessary.

All of our technicians are certified but not licensed. If they were licensed then they wouldn't be employees, they would be contractors themselves.The license is what the state requires to operate on your own and have your own company.

We are so happy with Joe Electric! Joe came in with great pricing, and was able to find a great product that we are EXTREMELY happy with. We wanted LED recessed lighting and the job turned out just the way we wanted.
