Timely and clean

Joes Electric company used their experience and expertise to worked with me to add an additional outlet for a TV and a perimeter lighting system. I was having a new patio cover with recessed lighting done. Joe was able to work with the project manager to install the interface perfectly, it needed to be routed to accommodate the wire and they were able to do that!

They called me. I said I was ready right now. Joe Electric showed up within an hour, tracked down the problem, fixed a couple of other issues I was unaware of, and showed me how to fix the short that was tripping my breaker. He completed his work in less than an hour. My outdoor lights are working just fine tonight.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response to my request for an estimate. Our previous attempts at hiring an electrician on our own for our small job were not successful. About a year ago we had a (highly rated) electrician with many years of experience out to trouble shoot why an exterior security light was shorting out and he was unable to fix the issue. Keep in mind that he installed the light the year before. He recommend purchasing a new light but it didn't last long. I spoke with Joe and explained the problem and he promised to send someone whose ability to solve the problem he was very confident about. Boy was he right. Martine and Alex were professional, friendly and found the problem, had the light installed and working within an hour. To our surprise they even had the old light working so we have a back up. It's nice to know that we have a great electrician to call whenever we need one!

He was very profesasional and new what he was doing

I needed some fixtures installed on pre-wired light boxes, install 4 recessed lights to match, and 2 kitchen island pendants. I contacted several companies and Joe's is the one that was least fuzzy, most straightforward to talk to and least expensive quote. Others gave me ridiculously pricey quotes and told me the job would like more than a day which I felt was unreasonable since majority of the installation are pre-wired lights! Joe's quote was so reasonable that I was concerned about quality but I took a chance and SO HAPPY that I did!!! Joe sent a 2-man crew, they were extremely careful and efficient. They measured over and over again before drilling for the recessed lights and island pendants. Not only did they did a wonderful job, they completed all the work in 6 hours, didn't open any extra walls for me to patch (other companies all told me they would), and they cleaned up throughly after... even sprayed my kitchen island down and wiped it for me! I'm extremely satisfied with the quality work and professionalism. I highly recommended Joe's Electric!
