I hired Joe Electric to put an outlet in a closet in our new home. I requested a quote through HomeAdvisor, and they called me within minutes. I set up an appointment for a couple days later. There was a small hiccup in that the tech got stuck at another job, but didn't call me or the company to let them know he wasn't going to make it. My fiance had come home from work early, so that was a bit disappointing. I called to see what was happening, and they were very apologetic and rescheduled for the next day. The tech showed up on time, and finished the job very quickly. It looks great, and we're super happy with the results.

Kind enough to offer advice over the phone on how I could fix the issue myself. When I tried what he suggested, it solved the problem. He did this with no money received. I will definitely call him back the next time I need the kind of services he offers.

Joe and his son showed up promptly. I had plans that day, and they were in and out keeping to my schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem. I could hear Joe training his son as he worked. He went above and beyond and tightened up switch plates the original contractor hadn't thought to use longer screws for. I appreciated that unexpected gesture. I asked for a quote for a different job, and it was very reasonable. Joe's Electric has now become my go to electrician!

They were early for my appointment. They diagnosed the problem on one of my rental properties and suggested that the solution would take several hours and recommended that I not spend the money for that and just get a solar light. I asked how much I owe for the diagnostic and he said, "Oh no charge" Unheard of that an electrician would recommend that I not hire him and that he would not charge for coming out. He was looking out for ME and what would be in my best interest. Fantastic. Fair. Honest.
