Can't say enough! Everything from start to finish was top notch! My initial inquiry was responded to quickly by Jake and he was at my house within 24 hours to look at my job. He told me exactly what to expect and the exact date he could begin the work. He gave me a quote which was a range and the final cost was on the low end! And he left the room spotless! And I am so pleased with the final result! I can't wait to work with him again!

Jake scheduled us immediately. He found a very creative and a very inexpensive solution to our garage door window problem. He also found a problem that we were not aware of and fixed it. He is honest, friendly, and very creative.

Jake is a very unique individual this said in the most complimentary way. He is an excellent communicator, timely, clean, smart, and efficient. I love that he texts when he will arrive and if running slightly behind he's texting an eta. He's extremely resourceful and if he doesn't have the answer to the problem he will find it. My husband and I were so impressed with his approach and the results that I've been screaming his name from the rooftops. It's rare to find someone of Jake's caliber but if you can get him to work for you, you are blessed and fortunate. Let me note, if he's not happy with his work or you're not, he will do everything in his power to make it right. Don't hesitate to call him, he's fabulous! I wish we could take him to Texas with us!

Jake is in a category on his own based on my experience over the many years and homes Iâ ve done work to. He has a rare combination of outstanding communication skills, transparent about scope, cost upfront and as he goes, various skills (drywall, carpentry, tile and more) and what he does he does with a perfectionist mindset. He wants to be as proud and happy of his work as the customer is. In addition he is open to and likes special, collaborative and creative projects. I feel I found a professional partner in beautifying my home. As a result he sometimes books quite far out. That said itâ s worth asking because he might be able to fit in a smaller job sooner.
