Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Arizona

We recently had our upstairs bathroom tub converted into a walk-in shower, and the entire experience was excellent. The installation team did a tremendous job communicating every step of the process, both before and after the work was completed. Drew and Jean were professional, detail-oriented, and delivered outstanding craftsmanship. The finished shower looks fantastic—thank you both for a beautiful job!

AJ and Logan installed our new tub with glass door enclosures. These gentlemen arrived early on Wednesday and finished up on Thursday. They answered any questions we had, very professional in their trade and would highly recommend this team. They cleaned up after themselves also. Kathy & Lawrence.

Our experience with the remodel of our shower was quite incidental and the finished product is doing well. I was impressed with the communication provided all along the process. From start to finish I was informed of material order, arrival and then scheduling. As the project took an additional day, I expected this based on age of the house, the team {Carlos x 2} cleaned up after themselves that night and even informed us on procedures to work and clean, and the warranty of our new shower. It was a smooth remodel experience.

Price match was not a price match. Salesperson was great but the rest of the experience felt flawed throughout. I opted to continue with them at the higher rate to ensure a quality experience, and instead we are involving 3 other professionals to finish and feeling mostly that it was not worth the higher price tag. I left the internal review and nobody has reached out.
