Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Arizona

Our installers were friendly and combinant in doing their job. They removed a tub and installed a shower only. It came out beautifully. Would highly recommend jacuzzi to do your remodel. It was completely done in one day. Great job. Very satisfied.

The installers, Steven, Mike, Damian, and Shawn were very respectful and professional. The left the area clean both times they left the house (two day project). They made sure they understood the project specifications they were given were accurate to my expectations prior to install, which was good since they were not. With that said, the company did meet my expectations eventually. The end product is exceptional, but very pricey. I know I could have had a full custom shower done using tile much, much cheaper. Communication could have been better leading up to the project install date, but they apologized and claimed that they made note of my displeasure.

Both installers Adrian and Daniel were very organized, efficient, courteous and finished in the allotted time. Love my new shower!

We started this process in June. We ordered our the master bathroom and the hall bathroom to be remodeled. They said it would be several weeks before they had all the parts for our bathrooms. We had to start the payments at the end of June before they started the work. The first bathroom wasn't started until the 2nd week of September . The second bathroom was started the first week of October. It took 4 months to get our bathroom done. The installers Adrian and Daniel were wonderful. They were very professional and very thoughtful. They covered all the floor and anything they thought might get dusty or dirty by their work. My husband and I asked questions and they were very happy to answer them. It actually did take them one day to complete the job. They did a beautiful job. I watched them cut parts for our shower and they did it very precisely. I watched Adrian doing the cutting and he would check his work before he brought it inside the house.

Installers Javier Pobon and George Salazar were a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous and very professional. A breath of fresh air compared to what is so common today to deal with sullen young people. We are also very pleased with the quality of the product. The only place this company fell short is with their communications. We had specifically asked them to have the installers arrive no earlier than 9 a.m. When they showed up at 7 a.m. they said nobody had told them.

Curtis, Micah, and Hunter were exceptional. They arrived on time, respected our property, and were very professional. The work was done as expected and in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the work that was done and are happy to have had Curtis, Micah, and Hunter as our installers.

George and Xavier came on time, they were professional, courteous, and friendly. They explained everything step by step and did a beautiful job replacing our shower. They also were careful to tape off the rooms and flooring to keep the house as clean and protected as possible. Our very large dog adores people and followed them everywhere, yet they were very sweet and tolerant of her. If there was a number higher than 5, I would give it to them. Terrific job!

I wish I could give David B. and Jovanni S. from Jacuzzi 6 stars because everything they did in both projects was professional, precise, clean, and kind. They were terrific and we are beyond pleased with the finished product. I would recommend them and Jacuzzi to anyone.
