We had a shower install. Xavier & Pedro arrived in the AM. Very professional. They let us know each step they were doing. It was in our guest room, they covered everything in the room. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. Two very nice men. Very happy with the result.

We had a showerstall put in by Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel a little over a year ago. I couldn't write a review until now due to health issues in the hospital along with parent's passing but want to write a review now. Pedro M. and Anthony M. came out to our home early in the morning and didn't leave until my project was finished late into the evening. They tore up the bathtub and carried it out into their truck and went from there to build and install our beautiful and high quality masterpiece! Pedro and Anthony worked well together as a team. Everything was properly installed and works beautifully. Every speck of debris, dust, material, residue was cleaned up and spotless. One of the gentlemen even vacuumed the area in the living room and foyer where they walked and even included part of the room where they weren't even near. They even showed us how to operate the showerstall and answered our questions. They were very polite and professional! I highly recommend this company!

JBR removed the original tube and tile surround & installed shower w/ barndoor style glass door. Technicians Pedro E & Scott are the true definition of professional team, anticipating the next steps, preparing the materials, with excellent communication. Expert installers of an outstanding product all backed with a lifetime guarantee, JBR is above the best. I have another tube replacement, a little more custom, I'll be requesting Pedro E & Scott and so looking forward to having a second gorgeous new shower!

David & Pedro demolished 2 bathrooms that were 30+ years old and installed completely new showers in 2.5 days. Amazing work! Showers are outstanding.
