We are very happy with the amazing deck that was built by JW Installations. They were clean, professional and hard working men. Deck was built in a timely manner and above and beyond what we expected.

Would not hire again! Job took much longer than I was told, however, to be fair, 30% of delay was beyond contractors control. The other 70% of delay was caused from errors and obvious mistakes which had to be redone. Price exceeded original quote (some of this due to additions we agreed upon yet I felt corners were cut on these to contractors benefit). Wood used was low quality and even looked like scrap leftover from another job with large knots which were starting to rot. Shoddy work leaving numerous screws and nail heads sticking out some up to an inch in length. Stairs hold huge amounts of water which will be a hazard come winter. It was necessary to remove a pipe and was told they would reconnect which I eventually was told I would be charged $250 or to call a plumber. This was a fairly large job and cost quite a bit of money yet I felt it was being treated as a side job. I always read reviews before I buy something and this was no different. The handful of reviews I read were all favorable so I didn’t want to write my experience yet decided to do so after prompted by neighbors and friends to alert potential customers. The balance paid to him was done, reluctantly I might add, because I didn’t want his 2 employees who were nice guys to not get paid. If you hire or are considering hiring JW to do work on your home I would suggest at the end of each day you personally go out and inspect and MEASURE what’s been done. This man needs a level!!!

I can't say enough about JW Installations! Great work; Great customer service! They did an absolutely wonderful job building our deck! Quality work! I would highly recommend them. Jim is the nicest person to deal with! You won't be disappointed!
